Our Guarantee

At Harpers Furniture we take our commitment to our customers very seriously. If you have a problem at any stage of your ownership we would like to hear about it, no matter how long after purchase!

All our goods are built to last and as you would expect come with at least a 12 to 24 month warranty. See specific ranges for details.

Should you have a query or fault with any goods noted on or directly after delivery or collection we would ask you notify us within 7 working days in person or by phone. Where convenient we might ask for photographic evidence to be provided to back certain claims. Should there prove to be a fault in manufacture or damage to an item we will always look to replace at the earliest possible convenience.

If a claim is being made under warranty in most cases a direct replacement is normally undertaken once the cause of the problem or fault is determined.

If goods were originally collected then any return must be made by our customer. If we had delivered goods, then any return where possible we be collected and returned, normally in a single visit so you are not left without said item by our own delivery team.
