1. Do you open on Bank Holidays? fact the only days we typically close are Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday.

2. Is your European Oak Furniture FSA sourced?

Yes....All our European oiled oak and lacquered oak ranges are manufactured from sustainable resources.

3. How many cane suites do you have on display?

This can vary depending on the season but typically 18-24 suites in a variety of frames, colour and fabrics!

4. Can we buy cane items in any combination?

Yes....All of our cane ranges can be bought in any combination you wish; Sofa and 2 chairs, 4 chairs, 2 sofa's, 1 chair....It's up to you!

5. Do you offer weekend delivery?

No....Our two man delivery team work Monday to Friday, always give you an AM or PM indication and can when requested call you on the day of delivery with 30/60 minutes warning. If however you wish to collect in person then this is a 7 day per week service direct from our showroom.

6. How do I care for my oak furniture?

Essentially our oak is split into two categories; Oiled and Lacquered. Oiled oak requires oiling to feed the grain and prevent drying out periodically. Depending on the oil used this period can vary from 6 weeks to once per year. Lacquered furniture will require dusting only but be careful, if you use a polish (always read the label as some spray polishes should not be used on lacquered surfaces). If in doubt we sell a variety of oils, waxes and polishing products ideally suited to wood and oak furniture.

7. Can we buy online?

Yes....All our wood products are now available to buy online but do to the complexity of our cane ranges, fabric and frame colour options we would still require you to visit us in person.

8. Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes....We offer a two man delivery service into your home, where we unpack, assemble if required and site all goods.

9. Do you offer a stainfree warranty?

Yes....All of our cane suites can be treated with Stainsafe which will provide you with a 5 year warranty against any spill or stain.

10. Do you make "made to measure furniture"?

Yes....We normally look to help our customers when a specific need arises in addition to our existing ranges. If in any doubt please speak to us with your requirements!
